Terms of Use

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the Evolve iOS app. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control to the extent of the conflict.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple Account and signed-in devices secure. Provide accurate account information and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the words and other content you provide. You give Evolve a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you, protect the service, and comply with law. You can remove your content using Evolve's deletion controls.

• Evolve Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• The purchase screen shows the subscription period, any introductory trial, and the localized price that will be charged after the trial.
• Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price Apple shows for your storefront. Apple charges your Apple Account.
• You can manage or cancel from Apple subscription settings or Evolve's Customer Center. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting Evolve or your Evolve account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
• Apple administers billing and refunds. Trial eligibility and refund decisions are determined by Apple and applicable law.

You may not use Evolve to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• access another person's account or content without permission;
• interfere with, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent the service or its security, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• upload malware or use automated access in a way that harms Evolve or other users.

Evolve is a reflection and journaling product, not a medical, psychological, crisis, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. AI-generated summaries and reflections can be incomplete or wrong, so do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Evolve will change as it develops. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the service. If we discontinue a paid service, any remedies are governed by Apple policy and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Evolve is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Evolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as Evolve changes. Material revisions will be dated here and, when appropriate, surfaced in the app. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
